Charna Ethier is an American Independent perfumer and creator of the natural botanical fragrance line Providence Perfume Co. Hailing from New England, born to parents who are best described as “hippie farmers," Charna spent an idyllic childhood outside sniffing and enjoying all Mother Nature had to offer. As an adult, Charna worked for large fragrance and cosmetic corporations and wondered why there were few fragrance options available for those who enjoyed the scent of real plants and flowers. Utilizing her sophisticated palette, educated nose, strong blue collar work ethic and a passion for nature, she launched her artisan, all natural perfume line Providence Perfume Co. in 2009.
