Return Policy

Most products may be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days after the item has been shipped. In order to receive a full refund for the purchase price, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all stickers and labels undamaged and attached.

To apply for a refund, email orders@american-perfumer.com to get a Return Authorization (RA#)number and approval for the return.

Once you receive the RA#, please send the item(s) to the address below. We do not accept COD returns.

Your refund will be issued within 15-30 days after receipt of the item. Shipping cost to return the item must be paid by the customer.
